1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be requested in the following circumstances:

1.1. Service Not Provided as Promised
If the service you purchased was not delivered as agreed, you may request a refund. This includes failure to meet the specifications and deadlines mentioned in the service agreement.

1.2. Service Cancellation

Web Hosting & Domains: If you cancel a web hosting plan or domain registration within the first 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund (except for any setup or domain registration fees, which are non-refundable).

Web Design & Development: Refunds for web design and development services will be considered only if no work has been initiated or after substantial delays that cannot be resolved by the service team.

1.3. Unused Products
For products or services like software or digital products that have not been activated or used, a refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase.

1.4. Digital Signature & SSL Certificates
Refunds are not provided for Digital Signature or SSL certificates once they have been issued or activated.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

Setup fees for any service (e.g., web hosting setup, domain registration setup).

Domain name registration fees: Once a domain has been registered, it cannot be refunded.

Software licenses: Once software has been provided or activated, refunds are not available.

Custom Development Projects: Once work has begun on custom projects (e.g., websites, apps, management systems), we do not offer refunds unless explicitly agreed in writing due to service failure.

3. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase by sending an email to support@econet.org.in. You will need to provide:

Your order number

A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund

Any relevant documentation or communication that supports your claim

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request, we will:

Review the details of your request

Respond within 7-10 business days with the decision on whether your refund is approved

If approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be issued based on the work or services already rendered. This is particularly applicable for custom services where part of the work has been completed.

6. Refund Method and Processing Time

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.
