Overview
e-Nigrani is the Constituency Development Information System (CDIS) for Jammu & Kashmir. The portal supports monitoring of developmental works and constituency development funds, bringing project status, physical progress, fund allocation and expenditure into a shared digital workflow. Role-based access helps elected representatives, district officials and executing agencies coordinate work from recommendation and approvals through execution and completion.
