Introducing the Econet Education Access Programme: 10 Institutions, Two Years of Free Hosting and Management Software

A school or college needs dependable digital tools to support its daily work. Yet choosing a system and arranging hosting can be a significant step for an institution.

To help institutions take that step, Econet Org is introducing the Education Access Programme. We will select 10 schools and colleges in total to receive free hosting and the appropriate institution management system for two years.

What selected institutions receive

• Schools: free hosting and a School Management System for two years.
• Colleges: free hosting and a College Management System for two years.

The programme is intended to help selected institutions establish a digital foundation for their administration. We will discuss each selected institution’s requirements and confirm the included setup and activation arrangements directly with its authorised representative.

Ten places across schools and colleges

There are 10 places across both institution types combined. Schools and colleges are invited to apply through an authorised representative. Applications will be reviewed by Econet; sending an application does not guarantee selection.

Selected institutions will be contacted to confirm participation. The start date of the two-year free period will be agreed as part of activation. Any arrangements after the free period will be discussed separately.

How to apply

Email your institution’s details to hqrs@econet.org.in. Use the subject Education Access Programme – [Institution Name].

Please include:

1. The full name of your school or college and its institution type.
2. The institution’s address and website, if available.
3. Affiliation or recognition details, where applicable.
4. The authorised contact’s name, role, email address and phone number.
5. Approximate student and staff numbers.
6. A short description of the system you use today and the support your institution needs.

Please do not send student records, identity documents, passwords or other sensitive information with your initial application.

Prepare your email in a few steps

Our education programme application page includes an email draft builder. Enter your institution’s details, review the draft, then open it in your email app or copy it into a new email. The builder does not send an application automatically: you must send the email to complete your application.

What happens next?

Econet will review the details received and contact selected institutions to discuss the next steps. Keep the contact information in your application accurate so that we can reach the right person.
